CANCELLATION POLICY
We hope you understand that both your time & our time is very important, when an appointment is missed or cancelled with short notice, we miss out on accommodating someone else & inconvenience others. We do require a credit card number from you to reserve your appointment. Appointments at WRBC are exclusively reserved for YOU, we respect your time & are as efficient as possible. Due to limited availability at most times, we do enforce our Cancellation Policy to ensure your time and our time is mutually respected for other guests, our team members and the business. We require 24 hours notice of cancellation OR rescheduling to avoid being charged 50% of your service. No-shows and appointments cancelled OR rescheduled within 1 hour of your exclusively reserved slot are charged 100% of service. If you are running more then 15 minutes late and we can no longer perform your service, you will be charged the full amount. If you have a coupon, gift certificate, credit, discount, or pre-purchased appointment that is part of a package, it will be voided, no longer valid and/or redeemed. No Call/ No Shows will also be black listed and not able to book another appointment. Appointments not confirmed via our texts, emails or calls may be cancelled without notice. The systems we have in place to confirm your appointment are a courtesy we offer our guests. Any malfunction or missed reminder does not dismiss your appointment under any circumstance. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding, as we enforce this to ensure the best possible service for all clients, so that we are not rushed or not utilizing an appointment time when another client would have liked to come in.
